Louisa Galbraith is an attorney at law admitted to the bar in Zurich. She represents and advises clients in all aspects of IP with a focus on patents, trademarks, trade secrets and unfair competition law. Louisa has a broad experience in patent and trademark litigation and is a trusted advisor and litigator in the field of pharmaceutical regulatory law and contractual matters in this field.
Louisa Galbraith is a life sciences and healthcare enthusiast and obtained a Certificate in Advanced Studies in Medicinal Law (MedLaw) from the University of Zurich.
Before joining her current law firm, Louisa worked as a junior associate for a leading Swiss law firm in Zurich, where she gained experience in the fields of international arbitration and copyright law. While attending the University of St. Gallen, she worked as a research assistant at the chair for public economic law particularly in the fields of procurement law, competition law, environmental law and regulatory law.
In her free time, Louisa provides pro bono legal counselling for artists and is a member of the board of several associations in the fields of intellectual property, culture and law.
